This course was created for new and existing employees in the legal department who are tasked with identifying and responding to situations which may require legal action. This multi-modality onboarding program engaged learners by blending in-person instruction with immersive real life situations using Virtual Reality (VR), preparing them to become effective liaisons with law enforcement. Continuing education was supported with the use of chatbots, powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI), to continually check their knowledge and provide updated resources.
