Sergio Ruvalcaba has more than a decade of experience in video production as a camera operator, video editor, writer, creator and director.

His professional experience includes serving in the video production department for Red Moon Productions, as a videographer, motion graphics designer and video editor for Maricopa City and an editor and motion graphics designer for Local Lawyer Guide. His work has been featured at the Premios Latino Film Festival in Spain where he won Best Horror Short Film and the Oaxaca Film Fest in Mexico where he was awarded Best Horror Feature Film Script.

Sergio holds a bachelor’s degree in film and video production and a certificate in motion graphics and post-production from Centro de Arte Audiovisual in Guadalajara, Mexico. He also studied advanced film script writing at the Morbido Film Fest.

At Learn, Sergio is a motion graphics developer, creating videos for the Workforce Development Online Program.
