Head of Business Development

Kopal is a business leader, talent coach and community advocate. Currently managing key global accounts and leading business development in the San Francisco Bay Area for IntraEdge, Kopal is a critical business partner to her customers. Kopal has the keen ability to understand unique customer needs to quickly identify high performing talent to propel both long-term and short-term business goals.

Understanding the power of ongoing development for IntraEdge’s consultants in a highly competitive talent market, Kopal spearheaded the creation of Learn with IntraEdge, a customized learning program to ensure a robust pool of top talent. Learn with IntraEdge was created specifically to serve corporate clients within their unique environment to provide ongoing, cutting edge learning as well as bring accessible training to talent entering the tech space.

Kopal’s business acumen began as a teenager where she started her entrepreneurial journey and was compelled to contribute to improving her community by addressing inequities and global challenges in marginalized populations. This passion led her to Syracuse University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in logistics, materials and supply chain management from the well-respected Whitman School of Management.

Starting her professional career at DHL, Kopal mastered core business principles and the importance of strategic business relationships. In 2007, Kopal’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to start an accessories company which achieved success and was eventually acquired.

Over the past twenty years, Kopal has honed her skills to impact both the local and global business landscape which makes her an invaluable partner to her clients. Her community benefits from her passion to serve under-represented communities through various non-profit fundraising and program development projects. As a lifetime learner, Kopal ensures that IntraEdge invests in ongoing development to foster a diverse workforce that is ultimately the key to unlocking innovation for customers.
