Kal Somani is the founder and CEO of IntraEdge. He oversees multiple divisions within the company, including development and design services, Truyo (data privacy platform), Learn with IntraEdge (training and development), and Byndr (social learning management platform.) 

Since 2002, Kal has led with the vision of developing the IntraEdge global team;  its people, services, training, and product practices for the future. His work is driven by the core belief that whatever a business sets out to achieve, people are the platform for making that achievement possible.

His focus, optimism, and energy have allowed him to build a company that provides high-end technology services and products combined with deep business knowledge while staying true to its mission and advocating for those who provide these services. This ethos has enabled IntraEdge to develop long-standing partnerships with multiple Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 clients.

Kal’s passion for learning and development has been a guiding force in his career. Prior to starting IntraEdge, he worked with Pearson Education, University of Phoenix, Cisco Learning Institute, and several other learning institutions. He also served as a technology consultant for Cisco, Motorola, Oracle, and multiple startups.

He is actively involved in the U.S. and India business communities and continues to be a catalyst for change in the technology landscape in these countries.
