Jess holds a Bachelor’s in interactive media design with a focus on graphic design from Franklin University and an Associate’s in digital media design from Central Ohio Technical College.

Her experience includes a full-time position as a graphic designer at Property Management Pros in Columbus, Ohio, where she was responsible for marketing, graphic design, and user interface design. Prior to this, Jessica focused on freelance design, creating pieces for local music artists, politicians, and restaurants.

As a design assistant for Learn, Jess contributes her expertise in support of the Multimedia and Design team, creating engaging and effective learning solutions. Her work supports her passion for using design processes to develop meaningful and inspiring work.
