Aga holds a Master of Arts degree in linguistics and Latin American studies from the University of Warsaw. 

With a background in academia and recruitment, Aga has moved into program management and operations where she worked in high tech companies globally, having spent the past eight years managing programs and building operational excellence at a strategic level at Facebook. She speaks English, Spanish and Polish and is passionate about yoga and mindfulness.

At Learn, Aga is a senior operations manager and oversees operations of the company overall and individual teams.
